While it is our sincere desire to accommodate the individual needs of our customers, the following policy should be considered prior to changing your course registration:
Training Company Cancellation/Alteration
If it is necessary for the training company to cancel/postpone a course, for whatever reason, we will either refund your tuition in full or move you to the next available course. The option is yours.
Student Cancellation/Alteration
If you need to cancel more than 30 days prior to the start date, we will either refund your tuition less a $50 booking fee, or, move you to a course which better suits your schedule.
If you need to cancel your registration between 30 days and 2 weeks prior to the course start date, we will either refund your tuition less a 50% penalty, or, move you to a later course.
Should you need to cancel less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date, there is no refund. You can, however, re-schedule to a future class, costs are as follows:
- $35 re-booking fee for classes $115 or less
- $100 re-booking fee for classes $116 or more
NO-SHOWS ON THE DAY OF TRAINING WILL FORFEIT 100% OF THE CLASS FEE; NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU MUST CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATED POLICY PRIOR TO THE CLASS DAY.
