Justin Franks
Director of Operations, Instructor
Justin Franks is a U.S. Army Combat Veteran having served in Operation Iraqi Freedom II. Justin graduated from the U.S. Army Sniper School in Ft. Benning, GA. He served as sniper team “shooter” during his combat tour in Iraq. Franks is proficient in tactical movement, land navigation, camouflage, and communications as well as numerous weapon systems including: M-16, M-4, M-9, M-24, M-21, MK-19, Crew Served .50 cal., Barrett .50 cal., Bushmaster 25mm (BFV). Justin is a consummate professional with a sharp eye for detail and a strong sense of personal discipline. Franks’ training and experience as a sniper make him an excellent source of information for those interested in the art and discipline of precision rifle shooting.
Lisandro Roman
Instructor
Lisandro Roman has extensive experience in military special operations and civilian security and facilities management. Lisandro’s nine plus year military career as a Venezuelan naval officer included seven years in special operations and two in Marine Infantry. His US military training includes completion of US Navy Seal Training (BUDS class 206), USMC Basic Officer Course, and USMC Infantry Officer Course.
Mr. Roman’s accomplishments in the Venezuelan military include Special Operations course / Navy Special Operations Command, Counter-Insurgency / Army Special Operations School, Military Free-fall / Army Airborne Brigade, Marine Infantry / Navy Post-graduate School.
Lisandro holds a postgraduate degree in business management and a bachelor’s degree in Naval Sciences. His civilian career includes positions as Security Manager and Security and Facilities Manager with two multinational telecommunications companies. His continuing education includes courses in security management in addition to security and intelligence with International Security and Defense Systems, Israel.
Mr. Roman’s broad special operations and private security experience further strengthen our instructor cadres depth and add greater perspective to our civilian, law enforcement and private security training programs. You can expect to see Lisandro teaching all levels of civilian, private security and law enforcement classes. Lisandro is bilingual (English / Spanish).
Tim Woods
Instructor
Timothy Woods is an eleven-year veteran of the Kansas City Police Department. His duties during that tenure include SWAT team member, SWAT Medic, EMT-1, High Risk Warrants, FBI Violent Gang Task Force, and DEA Liaison / Methamphetamine Task Force to name a few. Tim’s awards in law enforcement include a Medal of Valor and five consecutive “Top SWAT Cop” honors during multi-jurisdictional events.
Tim is a Kansas and Missouri Firearms Instructor with extensive teaching experience. His skill sets include handgun, sub-gun, carbine, shotgun, CQB, executive protection, investigations, interviewing, interrogation, and private security management.
Mr. Woods' law enforcement, private security management, and instructor experience make him a valued member of the 360 instructor cadre. You can expect to see Tim teaching all levels of civilian, law enforcement, and private security courses.
